Our Boxing Classes have committed and capable instuctors. We strive to give youth a great experience and let them be part
of something they enjoy that teaches discipline as well as gives them a good work out. At our classes we focus on proper technique and
strategies for Boxing. Each class consists of cardio conditioning, hand-eye coordination, muscle toning, balance, footwork, discipline,
mental toughness, self-confidence, punching combinations as well as proper use of the boxing equipment in a fun, safe, environment.
